We do provide general support but not technical support. If you require technical support regarding a plugin or theme then you will need to either purchase the product directly from the author, or you will need to hire a freelancer to take a look for you. Yes, 100%. We have active subscriptions to all the authors of the products featured on our website. We download from them and redistribute to you. As soon as we are notified about an update, we download it from the developer and update it on our site. As long as you have an active subscription or the particular item separately then you will have access to the updates.

Yes, you can request new plugins or themes but we can’t gurantee that we will add everything you requested. The decision to buy a new item is made according to the popularity, price & some other factors.
