BuddyPress User Profile Visibility Manager is a plugin that allows you to give control to your users to manage their account privacy. It allows users to hide themselves from members directory/searches and hide their profile from anyone who can see. Some of the features include user can show/hide his profile in Members Directory, directory searches, his last active time, etc.
